What is National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)?
The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is an Australian Government initiative that supports people with disability to live a life that reflects their goals, strengths, and aspirations. The scheme is designed to provide the right supports at the right time, empowering individuals to build independence, pursue opportunities, and participate fully in their community.
Rather than focusing only on care, NDIS funding supports recovery and growth across many areas of life, including education, employment, health, wellbeing, social connections, and community inclusion. By fostering choice and control, the NDIS helps people shape their own pathways, build resilience, and work towards the life they want—one that is meaningful, fulfilling, and connected.
NDIS Eligibility
To qualify for the NDIS, you must:
Be between 7 and 65 years old.
Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a special category visa.
Have a permanent and significant disability that means you need support from others.
Regularly use special equipment or aids because of your disability.

Assist Life Stages
We provide support with self-care, budgeting, tenancy, and decision-making, while empowering you to
build independence, strengthen life skills, and manage your NDIS plan with confidence and control.
Community Nursing
We provide community nursing services that are tailored to your needs, including medication support, wound care, dementia, management, palliative care, continence advice, and personalised health monitoring. Our approach focuses on dignity, choice, and wellbeing—supporting you to maintain independence and quality of life.
Travel and Transport Assist
We provide travel and transport assistance to help you get to appointments, community activities, work, and social events safely and on time. Our support promotes independence, connection, and confidence in accessing the places that matter most to you.
High Intensity Care
Our trained support workers and registered nurses provide specialised high intensity care, including bowel care, tube feeding, dysphagia management, ventilation, tracheostomy, catheter and stoma care, wound management, diabetes support, and seizure monitoring. We deliver this care with dignity, respect, and compassion—supporting your safety, comfort, and independence while helping you live the
life you choose..
